                             RESOLUTION NO.   20480 
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE RULES OF THE CITY
                  COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE,
                  TO PROHIBIT THE USE OF THE FLOOR BY PERSONS
                  ADDRESSING THE COUNCIL TO PERSONALLY ATTACK OR
                  PERSONALLY DENIGRATE OTHERS.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Rules of the City Council of the 

       City of Chattanooga, Tennessee, be and are hereby amended to
       prohibit the use of the floor by persons addressing the Council 
to
       personally attack or personally denigrate others.
